Social Enterprise Kent offers a Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service for those who work or want to work in the customer service sector and other related sectors. This is a City and Guilds qualification that will provide the learner with a good range of customer service knowledge, it also allows learners to learn, develop and practice the skills required in employment. This qualification consists of competence and knowledge units. The mandatory units include: deliver customer service, understand customers, principles of customer service, understand employer organisations, and manage personal and professional development.
