Social Enterprise Kent offers an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Team Leading for those who want to take their first step in management. This is an Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) qualification, which will provide the apprentice with a solid understanding of team management skills and how to apply them, as well as, skills to motivate team members, monitor performance, and monitor work. This apprenticeship will include: a Diploma in Team Leading at Level 2, and Functional Skills in English, Maths and I.C.T at Level 1. The apprentice could train in a number of roles like: team leader, section leader, floor manager, helpdesk manager, trainee supervisor, or team co-ordinator.
