Level 3 Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care

Social Enterprise Kent is Kent's dedicated Health and Social Care training providers, rated "Good" by Ofsted. Level 3 Health and Social Care which will last a minimum of one year and one day when the apprentice works at least 30 hours per week in paid employment. This is a City and Guilds qualification will provide the apprentice with excellent knowledge, understanding and skills to work in the community. Working close with other healthcare professionals, the apprentice will gain valuable experience alongside an industry recognised qualification. The apprenticeship will include: a Diploma in Health and Social Care at Level 3, and Functional Skills in English and Maths at Level 2. The apprentice will not be required to do Functional Skills if they have achieved a C grade or above at GCSE (or equivalent) in that particular subject. The apprentice could train in a number of roles like: senior healthcare support worker, senior healthcare assistant, care officer, senior care worker, supervising care worker, senior support worker, relief team leader, social work assistant, social services officer, outreach development worker, community support worker, and many more.
