Social Enterprise Kent offers an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service, which will last a minimum of one year and one day when the apprentice works at least 30 hours per week in paid employment. This is a City and Guilds qualification which will provide the learner with skills to build strong customer relationships and skills for customer care in order to be effective in their role. This qualification will also teach the apprentice how to deliver first class customer service which can be applied to hundreds of job roles across a wide variety of sectors. The apprenticeship will include: a Diploma in Customer Service at Level 2, and Functional Skills in English and Maths at Level 1. The apprentice could train in a number of different roles like: customer service trainee, customer service assistant, customer service representative or agent. Once the apprentice has achieved their apprenticeship they may have the opportunity to stay on with their employer or find new employment soon after.
