Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business and Administration (QCF)

Social Enterprise Kent offers an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business and Administration, which will last a minimum of one year and one day when the apprentice works at least 30 hours per week in paid employment. This is a City and Guilds qualification which will provide the apprentice with an excellent understanding of administration within a business environment as well as the core aspects of business itself. The apprenticeship will include: a Diploma in Business and Administration at Level 2, and Functional Skills in English, Maths and I.C.T at Level 1. The apprentice could train in a number of different roles like: administrator or business support officer, office junior, receptionist, junior legal secretary, junior medical secretary or medical receptionist. Once the apprentice has achieved their qualification they may have the opportunity to stay on with their employer or find new employment soon after.
