A non academic study programme focusing on employability skills. The non-academic study programme aims to prepare students for an apprenticeship pathway. The focus of this programme is to develop students', English and maths skills and to demonstrate employability skills in a real working environment. The programme is in 2 parts: Work Preparation - Covering employability and personal and social development skills, Work Skills programme - Covering English, maths and 15 weeks work experience. Students will have the option to work towards units of relevant QCF qualifications whilst on their work experience
