1.Who is this course for? People who may have been out of work for some time who need to build their confidence and get support to plan a pathway into work. 2.What will I learn on this course? This course will get you thinking about the skills you have and to motivate you to think about setting goals for your future. 3.How will I learn? Classes are once a week over 4 weeks and are a mixture of classroom based group and individual activities and discussions. 4.What qualifications will I gain? None but you can gain an internal MAES certificate showing skills learned 5.What could this course lead to? Another course with MAES or another provider which will continue to help improve your job skills. 6.Can I join anytime? This depends on the number of places available and the time left on the course.
