The qualification is designed to increase your knowledge and understanding in all areas of the retail trade, relating it to whichever retail environment you work in. You will learn all about the different aspects of retail and deal directly with members of the public. Providing good customer service is key to working in this industry; you will learn about security in the workplace, health and safety, stock control and display, monitoring levels of stock and processing payments.
