To gain a Diploma in customer service students need to be working in a customer service environment. The qualification is made up of a Level 2 diploma in Customer service. You will be able to sit with your employer and decide which units to work through that best fit your role. You will work towards a Level 1 functional skill in English, Maths, if required.
