To gain an apprenticeship in customer service students need to be working in a customer service environment. To complete an advanced apprenticeship they will need to have worked in a customer service environment either face to face or over the telephone for at least 18 months and be in a position to introduce changes. The qualification is made up of a Level 3 diploma in Customer service. You will be able to sit with your employer and decide which units to work through that best fit your role. You will work towards a Level 2 functional skill in English and Maths, if required.
