To gain an apprenticeship in team leading, students need to be working in a team leading role. The qualification is made up of a Level 2 diploma in team leading. You will be able to sit with your employer and decide which units to work through that best fit your role. You will work towards a Level 1 functional skill in English, Maths and ICT, if required
