This course is aimed at school leavers aged 16-18 years, who wish to work in the Food and Beverage industry. The Apprenticeship programme provides an opportunity to demonstrate the skills and knowledge needed for a career in this ever-changing industry. What will you be learning? Throughout your training programme you will carry out practical exercises to show that you can meet the requirements of national standards. Training is truly based in a working environment, and is tailored to the specific needs of the job role. You will learn: Food service and customer care skills Health & Safety at work Holding and serving food Payment and serving drinks Food storage Providing table/tray or counter service It also provides transferable skills that will be needed throughout a working life.
