The Team Leading Intermediate Apprenticeship consists of the following qualifications:- • NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading • Level 1 Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT* *Please note, Functional Skills are not required if candidates already have Grades A-C in Maths, English and ICT at GCSE (or recognised equivalent qualifications) within the past 5 years. As part of this qualification you will also be required to research and complete a mandatory workbook covering Employee Rights & Responsibilities. You will be monitored and assessed on your Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS) throughout your Apprenticeship programme to ensure you are developing and gaining from the programme.
