Food Safety in Catering, Level 2

This course leads to the recognised RSPH Level 2 certificate, needed for those who prepare or handle food. PITMAN Training Centres in Southampton, Eastleigh and Winchester. PITMAN Training Centres offer a wide range of courses. The centres specialise in secretarial, accounting and IT training but also offer additional options including Food Hygiene, Health and Safety leading to the award of a CSCS Car (Construction Industry) and many other personal development and employment preparation courses. Most courses are individual in their nature with flexi-hours scheduling to suit the learner. Many courses are audio-visual allowing progress at own pace and, in some cases, distance learning at home. Our centres have varying opening hours. The centres in Southampton and Winchester open on weekdays, some evenings and some Saturdays providing a wide range of options for those planning to learn in centre. The centre in Eastleigh offers training on Mondays, some Wednesdays and Fridays. For those resident in Southampton City, there is some scope for funding support but this depends upon residential location and employment status at the time of applying.
