"Students with either some or no previous experience will be guided through a number of basic hand building techniques, and ceramic processes with glazing methods also included. Questions on any aspects of pottery are always welcomed. You will learn how to design and make pottery or ceramic sculpture, learning, developing and refining a varied range of skills that will help you to find creative freedom and exploration. With a medium that will allow you to make endless forms and design ideas you can explore the varied methods of alternative firing, slip work and glazing techniques. You can also develop skills in throwing on the potter’s wheel; with the well equipped studio spaces you can explore the delight that is clay. So whether you are a complete beginner or an accomplished potter this course has something to offer you. "
