The course involves a more indepth working with watercolours and learning about the translucent and soft qualities of the medium. Several subjects are studied from actual life, still life arrangements, photographs and various other references and handouts. Additional media are also explored as support for the watercolours. The development of sketchbooks is encouraged as well as developing personal projects. Tutor demonstrations are also given to show techniques.
