The Management level 3 qualification is broadly aimed at those who are responsible for the control of activities and work output of a team across all occupations and sectors of employment. Candidates should have the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable management and leadership skills, for example, providing leadership, recruitment, planning and implementing change, managing a budget, managing a project, marketing and customer service. The Management Level 3 comprises of 25 credits. Mandatory units: Manage own professional development within an organisation Set objectives and provide support for team members Plan, allocate and monitor work of a team Apprenticeship Programme Additional Elements Required ILM Diploma in Management (Technical knowledge element ) Level 2 Functional Skills – Maths, English, ICT (if applicable) Level 1 or 2 Employee Rights and Responsibilities Personal Learning Thinking Skills (PLTS)
