Advanced Apprenticeship in Youthwork L3

This course is for you if you are a professional or voluntary youth worker, and have a great deal of technical skills and knowledge. You work with minimum supervision and have a good record of safety, fault correction and ensuring work meets the required standard. To achieve the Level 3 Diploma in Youth Work Practice, learners must achieve 32 credits from the mandatory units and a minimum of 12 credits from the optional units available. Mandatory Units Enable young people to explore and develop their values and self respect Enable young people to work effectively in groups Enable young people to use their learning to enhance their future development Manage your work and create effective work relationships Apprenticeship Programme Additional Elements Required C&G Diploma in Youth work Practice (Competence/Technical knowledge element) Functional Skills – Maths, English, ICT (if applicable) Level 1 or 2 Employee Rights and Responsibilities Personal Learning Thinking Skills (PLTS)
