Computers - Preparing to Work in an Office Intermediate

This is a hands on course that will introduce some of the common software used in an office environment. This course has two units, Word Processing Software and Spreadsheet Software. Topics you will cover are as follows, to be able to, create a variety of professional documents using a word processor, format documents i.e. amending the size, style and colour of text, apply formatting to text and tables, work with template files to standardise documents, correctly name, save and retrieve documents, produce and organise spreadsheets, utilise formulae and functions to perform a range of calculations, summarise data by using charts and page layouts.
