Transportation Operations and Maintenance (Level 1 Award in Vehicle Maintenance). Prepare for further learning or training, B2. Develop knowledge and/or skills in a subject area. Assessment through E-assessment, Practical Demonstration/Assignment, Task-based Controlled Assessment. Learners must achieve a minimum of 12 credits to pass this qualification. Learners must choose both the mandatory units and from the optional units as laid out below. Group B: Learners achieve both Mandatory Units, totalling 8 credits. Groups C1 to C3: Learners must achieve a minimum 4 credits from any of these groups. Note for Group C3: Any units chosen from this group must be assessed according to the IMI SSC assessment strategy. Therefore where a knowledge unit is chosen, its corresponding skill unit must also be chosen and achieved (and vice versa).
