ICT for Users (Level 2 Certificate for IT Users). Assessment through Potfolio of Evidence. A minimum of 30 credits must be achieved. The mandatory unit may be undertaken at Level 2 or 3 but will only be awarded a credit value of 8 for a Level 2 ITQ. Any optional unit at any level can be taken, with a minimum of 10 credits at Level 2 or higher. Use IT Systems cannot be used with either Operate a Computer of IT Troubleshooting for Users. Use IT to Exchange Information cannot be used with either E-mail or Internets and Intranets.
