Duration : 1 year We will teach you creative',' technical and essential employability skills required for a range of successful careers in the media industry. You will produce commercially focused work in a range of media disciplines such as video production',' advertising',' animation',' TV shows',' visual effects',' photography',' and graphics. As you develop on the course you will work on live briefs set by our industry partners and gain valuable industry experience. This will include visits to professional media studios to see how the commercial world of media works. Functional skills in English',' maths and ICT are a key part of this course. Entry Requirements: You need five GCSEs at grade C or above',' including English Language',' or a BTEC Level 2 in a relevant subject at Merit or Distinction plus Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths. You will be required to present a portfolio of media',' design or photography at interview. Other qualifications will be considered. Career Options: After successful completion you can progress onto a Creative Media Production BTEC Extended Diploma
