The learner needs to be employed in a customer service job role and should have experience and have a level of responsibility within their working role. The qualification and learning is agreed after initial advice and guidance with their assessor. The qualification is internally assessed and externally verified by OCR assessors. The qualification provides the opportunity to gain valuable skills and the knowledge needed for a career in customer service or involves dealing with customers. The qualification is completed through a range of methods including observation. Appointments are every 4 weeks and in the workplace. The qualification can be completed in 6 - 9 months.
