The learner needs to be employed or volunteering in a customer service job role. Qualification and learning is agreed after initial advice and guidance with their assessor. The qualification is internally assessed and externally verified by OCR assessors. The qualification provides the opportunity to gain the valuable skills and knowledge needed for a customer service career.Qualification is completed through a range of methods including observation. Appointments are every 4 weeks and in the workplace. The qualification can be completed in 6-9 months.
