This will enable learners to develop in-depth knowledge of the needs and developmental progress of all children and young people. You will learn how to promote children’s health and well-being, link the different aspects of play, communication and language to developmental requirements and the EYFS. You will enhance your knowledge and working practices for safeguarding, health and safety, consider the positive impact of developing relationships with children, parents/carers and other professionals. This course encourages you consider your individual development plans and reflective practice. A diary or log book will also be requirement to demonstrate your on and off the job training.
