This course will enable you to develop your knowledge, skills and understanding and support the needs and developmental progress of all children and young people. You will learn about children’s health and well-being, the different aspects of play, EYFS, communication and language. You will explore safeguarding, health and safety, first aid and consider the positive impact of developing relationships with children, parents/carers and other professionals. This course is suitable for those who are working in a pre-school setting or wish to gain a qualification to work as an assistant in the pre-school environment.
