The Apprenticeship in Customer Service is aimed at employees who are working within a customer service role and are key to building relationships between the customer and the business. Therefore employees on this apprenticeship programme will cover a number of different areas including delivering a positive customer service, improving customer relations, monitoring and solving customer problems, law and regulations. As the front line support for the business it is important that they are free to deliver service whilst learning that’s why this programme is designed to be delivered in-house and in a dedicated one-to-one basis.
