The customer service modern apprenticeship provides trainees with the necessary skills for handling any issues which may arise if they are working for a product or service supplier. Apprentices are required to demonstrate their competence in all aspects of customer service and will work with real customers in live situations. A level 3 apprentice will also have the opportunity to monitor, evaluate and affect customer service strategies offered in their business environment, and learners may also get the opportunity to supervise a team which will open up a new level of career development opportunities to you.
