Who is it for? Absolute Beginners. What will I learn? Learners will be able to use a variety of topics at survival level whilst acquiring a basic knowledge of the structure of the language. Topics will include: Meeting people, formal and informal greetings, farewells. Numbers Spelling Jobs and professions Countries and nationalities The family The weather Grammar and Spanish culture. Speaking, listening, reading and writing skills will be developed. Course outcomes: Learners will be able to: - Identify a range of familiar spoken phrases. - Identify the main points from a short spoken passage. - Say short simple phrases. - Ask and answer simple questions and give basic information. - Recognize and read written phrases. - Identify the main points from a short written text in A1 level.
