Level 3 Barbering

This is an industry specific qualification, which seeks to provide progression from level 2 to add additional specialist skills in this sector. Candidates can select from mandatory and optional units such as wet shaving to create a learning route which reflects their employment role or preferred route. The qualification is an assessment based programme with 80% of the qualification being assessed through observation and the remainder being assessed through test. On achievement the candidate should be able to work unsupported in a commercial environment and support others.
