Traineeship (Generic Pathway)

Traineeships will provide help and support for young people aged 16-23 who need that little extra boost in moving into employment as an apprentice. The course will cover Functional Skills (ICT, English and Maths), Employability Skills, Business and Customer Service Skills. During this time we will be working closely with you and sending your CV's off to employers. Our success rate with finding employment for learners undertaking this programme is high, with the majority finding employment within the 12 week period.
