Customer service is a hot topic. As more and more business is transacted online or over the phone, the quality of customer service plays an increasingly important part. The aim of this qualification is to recognise learners' achievements within the customer service environment. It is also for learners whose job role requires them to deliver continually improving service to customers. These learners may be in roles that carry a customer service specific job title, or their primary responsibility is to deliver excellent service to customers. The learner must achieve 19 credits from the mandatory units and a further 26 credits from the optional units. Below is an example of the units within the course:
