This is a full timecourse designed to be of particular benefit to individuals who envisage a supervisory or management role.Students will broadentheir knowledge and gain important leadership and management skills to helpthem totake on greater responsibilities. Ideallystudents will already have some experience of working in the hospitality and catering industry.
