The Apprenticeship covers topics such as: raising invoices, cash management, double entry bookkeeping and ethics in accounting. Elements covered within this Apprenticeship include: Level 2 Certificate in Accounting (Combined Competency Element and Technical Certificate) Functional Skills at Level 1 in English and maths Employee Rights and Responsibilities Personal Learning and Thinking Skills Job roles could include: accounts assistant, accounts clerk, cashier, credit control clerk, finance assistant, purchase ledger clerk and sales ledger clerk. Following achievement of this Apprenticeship, individuals could progress to study the Advanced (Level 3) Apprenticeship in Accounting.
