• This advanced qualification will develop and demonstrate technical and wider sector-related knowledge to underpin competence within a Management role. This includes managing tea performance, principles of people management, principles of business, principles of leadership and management, managing personal and professional development. There are optional units available to tailor your course around specific areas of your job role such as: managing conflict with a team managing individuals performance, implementing change, implementing and maintaining business continuity plans and processes develop and maintain professional networks, discipline and grievance management, managing budgets, encouraging innovation, recruitment & selection, operational planning, amongst many more • You will be assigned a qualified training advisor, where learning will be undertaken by mixture of 1 to 1 sessions, on/off the job learning and mentor support • The course will be assessed via a range of methods which could include direct observations in the workplace, electronic portfolios, guided discussions, screen testing and exams. • There would be opportunities to progress onto a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Management, Business Administration or any other related qualification
