Access to Music is about more than music. We are now offering digital media courses in a unique creative industries context: A GCSE-equivalent course designed for anyone looking to get into the media and creative industries. You will get to work on a variety of media projects, with the opportunity to work with music artists. Ideal for young people aged 16+ looking to work in digital media and the creative industries. Designed to give you more than media in that you will also gain valuable job skills and life skills. Linked to nationally-recognised qualifications: BTEC First Diploma in Creative Media Production. Taught by media specialists at three UK locations and graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted. The course covers a general introduction to website design, graphic design and illustration; video production and digital photography and animation and computer games design. You will work on projects, sometimes in collaboration with music students. The course will allow you to gain all or some of the following: Understanding of the digital media industry and how to work within it skills in video production and digital photography skills in animation and computer games design skills in web design and graphics
