The Apprenticeship in Food Production and Cooking is based around a variety of hospitality services which will help gain more knowledge, experience and skills. Food Production and Cooking Intermediate Apprenticeship is a 12 month programme. To complete this Apprenticeship the following requirements must be achieved - Diploma in Food Production and Cooking Level 2 (minimum of 40 credits), Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Food Production and Cooking) Level 2, ERR, English and Maths Functional Skills at Level 1.
