Intermediate Apprenticeship in Beverage Service

The Apprenticeship in Beverage Service develops skills in numerous areas including, serving alcoholic drinks, preparing soft drinks, preparing and cleaning the bar area. Beverage Service Intermediate Apprenticeship is a 12 month programme. To complete this Apprenticeship the following requirements must be achieved - Diploma in Beverage Service Level 2 (minimum of 37 credits), Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Beverage) Level 2, ERR, English and Maths Functional Skills at Level 1.
