This course is designed for young people with moderate to severe learning difficulties and/or disabilities. This course provides the first step onto the Entry Level learning tier. The learners will study a range of subjects to help them develop their personal skills including independent living skills and preparation for work for which they will gain a nationally recognised accreditation. They will work at their own pace with support.You may progress to further Entry Level courses.All full time learners will undertake a programme of study that includes Functional Skills, in ICT, English and Mathematics. In addition learners will study for a personal and social development qualification that will include units that reflect the needs of working in the vocational area.
