This qualification is designed for Customer Service managers within any sector. It integrates competency and knowledge units into a single ‘combined' qualification. This is one of a suite of new work-based business skills qualifications developed in response to emerging industry trends and the skills and knowledge requirements of employers. Due to the diversity of the qualification, it can be offered to those that are involved with managing customer relations as part of their daily work duties. Mainstream can offer this qualification with training and can deliver this via an NVQ or an Apprenticeship programme and contributions may be applicable.
