During the course candidates will be provided with a firm understanding of the various roles within the retail industry. They will also be trained in the skills to be able to confidently approach an interview with the selected employer at the end of the programme. The course will cover everything from understanding the principles of being effective within a retail environment to developing good, employable skills within customer service. It will also encompass sales techniques, working in a team and problem solving.
