During the 3.5 week course candidates will be provided with a firm understanding of the various aspects of what is needed to work in the care sector, along with the skills to be able to confidently approach an interview with the employer at the end of the training. From understanding the values and principles of working in the care sector to the skills, attitudes and responsibilities of those who work in this fast paced and interesting sector.
