This course includes level 1 ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) units. You will become confident using the keyboard, internet, email, word processing, managing your files and folders and a scenario based around a working situation for improving productivity using IT. All vital skills for searching for work or used in every day life. At the end of the course you will have the skills to be able to create well presented documents and layouts for letters and CVs. The skills learnt from this qualification will give you the confidence to use your home computer or laptop to prepare for returning to work. Upon successful completion you will achieve the BCS Level 1 Certificate in IT User Skills
