You will gain practical skills working in a veterinary surgery and attend college one day per week to gain knowlegde. This course would suit you if you are keen to gain a level 2 qualification based around handling animals, caring for animals in a veterinary surgery as well as the relevant administration duties required. There are three units you must fully achieve: •Principles and practices of Animal Handling and Care in a Veterinary Environment •Principles and Practices of Assisting with Care in a Veterinary Environment •Principles and Practices of Administration Duties in a Veterinary Environment You will also gain Functional Maths and English qualifications
