Name: Apprenticeship in Customer Service Level 2 Qualification title: NVQ Certificate in Customer Service (QCF) Qualification type: Assessment One of our highly qualified Assessors will come and visit you in your worplace at least every three weeks. They will assess your competency against criteria set by the awarding body, using a variety of methods including observation, question and answer sessions, written statements, witness testimony and work products. The Technical Certificate is assessed by examination or it is assignment based and there are Functional Skills in Maths and English if applicable to the candidate.
