What's On The Course? This qualification covers the principles of customer service, how to deliver good customer service, the art of communicating, how to establish customer service within company procedures and how to deal with customer queries, problems and complaints. Assessment is through externally marked assignments. Who Is It Suitable For? The course is a general introduction to customer service skills. It may be of interest to people who want to improve their skills in work or people wanting to improve their business skills. What Can I Do Next? On completion of this qualification learners may want to move onto the level 2 customer service qualification or to other business or IT qualifications at level 2.
