If you are interested in working in any job that involves dealing with the public, this Apprenticeship programme will be really beneficial. The course will encourage you to develop your customer service skills by completing units including Impression and image, Delivery Handling problems, and Development and improvement. While you're in college you'll take part in practical skills sessions, portfolio building and theory and Functional Skills sessions. Specialist materials will be needed for this course.
