If you are interested in working in any job that involves dealing with the public, this Apprenticeship programme will be really beneficial. The course will encourage you to develop your customer service skills by completing units including: Impression and image, Delivery Handling problems and Development and improvement. In this apprenticeship your time will be divided between your workplace and college. Your employer will work in partnership with us to deliver your training programme. While you're in college you'll take part in practical skills sessions, portfolio building and theory and Functional Skills sessions. Specialist materials will be needed for this course, please contact us for details.You will gain an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service, a relevant technical certificate and Functional Skills qualifications in Maths and English. You'll have the knowledge and skills you need to progress in your career in customer service. You can move on to an Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service which will give you the skills you need to become a supervisor or leader in a customer service environment.
