BTEC Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Business

This course is your opportunity to develop skills, knowledge and understanding of business in a lively, realistic and practical way. You'll carry out research into business practices, complete exercises and projects, listen to talks from experienced business people and go on study visits to see how different businesses operate. You’ll study units including The Business Environment, Business Resources, Introduction to Marketing and Business Communication. You'll be taught by experienced, supportive and friendly staff. You'll attend college three days each week and have two study days. You’ll gain a BTEC Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Business and Functional Skills qualifications in Maths and English. Following this course you could go on to a degree, HND or professional training. Alternatively, you could become self-employed or find a job in a wide variety of areas, including accounting, administration, banking, business management, human resource management, marketing, retailing or law.
