The aim of this course is to enable students to gain the skills and knowledge needed to work in a hairdressing salon as a junior stylist. Students will spend time working in the College salon and will learn: - Basic cut and colour techniques - Styling, dressing and finishing methods - Customer Service - Reception duties - Health & Safety. Students are also required to complete Essential Skills in English and Maths
